Vedicshaktis, therefore, organizes camps and sessions for people who are interested in the lifestyles of Siddhas. The main motive of such organizing and events are solely for educational purposes only.
- The courses that we teach online do not provide any form of warranties of results. It is solely for education. By using our platform, you are well aware of the educational nature of the course.
- These courses are designed in such a way that people can learn at their own pace but within the specified time period. The video that will be posted will not be available after a time period.
- Our courses are seldom recurring. We do not provide any warranties for any of our courses to be repeated in the future. It is therefore the duty of the participants to diligently learn and grasp as much as they can.
- This course is only available when the participants make a certain amount of payment as specified on our website. We do not make any offers to the users to participate in our course. It is the participants who make an offer to us with payment. Only after we accept the offer and payment, the participant will be eligible for the course.
- The course fee is non-refundable in nature therefore by agreeing to participate in the course, you agree and acknowledge for non-refund.
- Even though we try our best to maximize your learning experiences, we do not provide any warranty whatsoever for smooth services from our website. There might be some technical problems in the delivery of our service from time to time. By participating, you agree to be bounded by our terms and conditions.
- Unless specified, the payment should only be done to the specific account that Vedicshaktis provide. We do not recognize payments done to other accounts except the ones that Vedicshaktis provide.
- The videos that we provide in the course belong to Vedicshaktis. It is the intellectual property of Vedicshaktis and it is the duty of participants not to temper with the videos, nor use the videos in a manner that infringes the moral and economic rights of Vedicshaktis. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to respect all forms of intellectual property rights of Vedicshaktis.
- If any technical problems arise while using our services, you agree and consent to notify us through phone calls, emails, or the medium that Vedicshaktis exclusively provides. We expect you to act in good faith and refrain from bad publicity. Any acts performed by the participants to destroy the image of Vedicshaktis shall be taken very seriously and legal remedy shall be sought.
